All our Funko Pops are checked to make sure they're in MINT condition prior to shipping.  They are packaged and shipped well protected.  Any Funko Pops in boxes that have sustained any sort of damage (dents, tears, rips etc.) are sold ONLY at the retail store at a marked down price and NOT sold online.
