Canada Post unfortunately is at it again! We have been shipping with UPS 99% of the time other than PO boxes for the past year or so and will continue to do so. If however you provide us with a PO box or an address where UPS does not deliver to economically such as the Arctic we will give you the option to cancel or have us hold your order until the strike is over. Shipments to the USA have unfortunately been suspended due to the elimination of the De Minimis exemption and the 35% tariffs applied against Canadian shipments. Hopefully this is short lived, if things change or we get more clarity on the issue we will adjust accordingly.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on trading card game sealed or sports card products for obvious reasons.

On the other items we sell, should you decide you no longer wish the product you may return your item to us within 14 days of delivery.   Items must be unopened and in their original condition, sorry we cannot accept any items that has been opened.   Return shipping is at your expense.  There is a  20% restocking fee applied as well as any costs incurred by us to originally ship it to you.

If however the return is a result of an error on our part we will go out of our way to make it right by sending out the correct item (if we still have it) along with a self addressed shipping label with which you can return the incorrect item.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return. We will confirm receipt of your return by email. 

Please keep in mind if payment was through a credit card and not through Paypal while instantaneously one our side it generally takes 4-5 business days for the refund to filter through the banking system and back to your account.
